Italy Threatens EU With “Nuclear Option”: Give 200,000 Migrants EU Visas, Sending Them North

Two weeks after Italy reacted with anger to Austria’s deployment of troops and armored vehicles to the border between the two nations, while reactivating border controls at the Brenner Pass over concerns that Italy will be unable to handle the roughly 85,000 migrants and refugees who have entered the country so far in 2017, the Italian government has threatened to retaliate in way that assures an imminent migrant crisis as well as an escalation of tensions between the two EU nations.

According to The Times, an Italian minister and a senator have threatened to issue temporary EU visas to thousands of migrants in an effort to “resolve” Italy’s escalating migrant and refugee crisis, which would then allow the refugees to travel north. The move, which has been described as a ‘nuclear option,’ would allow the nearly 200,000 migrants currently stranded in Italy, to travel across Europe using a Brussels directive loophole. Calls for more information sharing across Western nations

Europe serves as a “launching pad” for ISIS jihadists to initiate attacks against the United States due to the absence of a cohesive information-sharing strategy among Western nations, former acting CIA director John McLaughlin said Wednesday.

McLaughlin, a 30-year CIA employee who served as acting director under the George W. Bush administration, warned that the absence of effective coordination between European intelligence agencies exposes the United States to greater risk of attack. Continue reading

Germany’s Migrant Deportation Plan: “Political Charade”

  • N24 television has reported that up to 50% of “asylum seekers” have gone into hiding and their whereabouts are unknown. They presumably include economic migrants and others who are trying to avoid deportation if or when their asylum applications are rejected.
  • Tens of thousands of migrants destroyed their passports and other identity documents before arriving in Germany. It may take years for German authorities to determine the true identities of these people and their countries of origin.
  • Even if Germany sends these individuals back to the countries where they first entered the EU (usually Greece, Hungary or Italy), with a borderless Europe, migrants can easily make their way back to Germany.
  • German authorities are downplaying migrant lawlessness, apparently to avoid fueling anti-immigration sentiment.
  • Migrants are still coming to Germany at the rate of about 2,000 per day.
  • “Eight to ten million migrants are still on the way.” – Development Minister Gerd Müller.

After three months of political infighting, Germany’s coalition government has announced new measures aimed at making it easier to deport migrants who are convicted of committing crimes.

One of Vladimir Putin‘s closest aides has issued a chilling warning to the West: “Tanks don’t need visas”.

Deputy premier Dmitry Rogozin – seen by some as a future Kremlin president – claimed the West is now scared of Moscow’s military muscle.

His outspoken words come as the West remains at loggerheads with Russia over Putin’s seizure of Crimea, and alleged military strongarm tactics in eastern Ukraine.

Vowing to exploit the vast mineral riches of the Arctic, Rogozin claimed that America and Euorpe “are afraid of Russia”.

The West is “afraid of the fact that we have started looking around, at our enormous territory”, which, he argued, reached far north of existing frontiers in the Arctic. Continue reading

Gov’t Union: Obama’s Weak Immigration Policy Is Inviting An Attack Worse Than 9/11

President Barack Obama’s lax immigration policies are inviting another massive jihad attack similar to the 9/11 atrocity, says Kenneth Palinkas, president of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services employees’ union.

“By not scrutinizing each and every applicant to the fullest extent possible to ensure America’s security, we invite an even more catastrophic event than what occurred on 09/11/2001,” he said. Continue reading
