Jim Rogers Warns “If Trump Starts A Trade War With China, It Will End US Hegemony”

This is exactly what Global Geopolitics mentioned just a five days ago. The tables have turned on the global playing field and the traditional options once thought to be useful to use against China will now backfire. America will now have to get more creative to once again get ahead in controlling the narrative when it comes to using leverage against its adversaries.

Adding to this, China is likely waiting for such a move to happen, which will benefit the nation in numerous ways:

  • China is a master in state propaganda, will successfully claim it’s the victim of a U.S. economic attack and rally support throughout the nation.
  • China, through provocation, will have produced a reason to retaliate. The trade war begins.
  • Retaliation will be successful due to the weakening of the U.S. positions and strengthening of Chinese leverage. World-wide, this will cause people and nations to question America’s ability to act and standing as the lone global superpower. If the Dollar goes down, the U.S. goes down with it.

Following Treasury Secretary Mnuchin’s threat that the US could impose economic sanctions on China if it does not implement the new sanctions regime against North Korea:

“If China doesn’t follow these sanctions, we will put additional sanctions on them and prevent them from accessing the US and international dollar system, and that’s quite meaningful.”

Trump Is Being Sabotaged by the Pentagon

President Trump says he wants the US to have better relations with Russia and to halt military operations against Muslim countries. But he is being undermined by the Pentagon.

The commander of US forces in Europe, General Ben Hodges, has lined up tanks on Poland’s border with Russia and fired salvos that the general says are a message to Russia, not a training exercise. http://russia-insider.com/en/us-tanks-fire-salvos-poland-warning-against-russia/ri18767

How is Trump going to normalize relations with Russia when the commander of US forces in Europe is threatening Russia with words and deeds? Continue reading

Springboard into the Pacific Region

BERLIN/CANBERRA (Own report) – To reinforce its position in the Pacific region, Berlin is initiating a regular dialogue with Australia at foreign and defense ministerial levels. Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen and Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier are participating in the first “German-Australian 2+2 Dialogue” held today in Berlin. The meeting, which will be repeated at regular intervals, is one of the measures initiated in early 2013 to enhance cooperation between Berlin and Canberra, in light of the shift of global policy priority from the Atlantic to the Pacific. In view of its growing economic and political importance, Washington considers China to be its main rival of the future. Therefore US President George W. Bush (2002) and US Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton (2011) explicitly declared this to be “America’s Pacific Century,” and Washington has begun redeploying its military forces closer to the People’s Republic of China. Explicitly claiming to “help shape the global order,” Berlin also feels obliged to reinforce its position in that region.

Who’s Really Isolated? Iran Set To Join BRICS Bank, Strengthen Ties With Brazil

https://i0.wp.com/www.zerohedge.com/sites/default/files/images/user92183/imageroot/2015/06/BloombergBRICS.png

As US hegemony wanes in the face of dysfunctional domestic politics, foreign policy confusion, and a “lead from behind” mentality, the world has begun to transition towards a kind of new world order both politically and economically.

On the geopolitical front, we’ve seen a resurgent Russia take charge in Syria after the situation spiraled out of control, leaving hundreds of thousands dead and creating the worst migrant crisis in Europe’s history.

On the economic front, the BRICS nations have embarked on a series of projects designed to supplant the US-led multinational institutions that have dominated the post-war world. Continue reading

US Created Free Syrian Army to Fight Proxy War to Topple Assad

“It’s been a battle over who’s going to control Syria afterwards. The whole thing is a proxy war. There’s lots of foreign meddling in Syria,” Middle East expert James Paul, former Global Policy Forum Director and UN human rights expert, said.

“The FSA was patched together in late 2011 and early 2012 as a means to convert the national, non-violent opposition to the Assad government into a violent, game-changing kind of deal,” Paul said. Continue reading

China Set To Deploy Nuclear Sub That Can Hit US Mainland Targets, Pentagon Says

An article that’s spot on, yet missing crucial pieces of information: America has been sold New Lies for Old for decades now, and will eventually be hit with One Clenched Fist. The sword is coming.

China has made two things absolutely clear this year: 1) if Beijing thinks you may be inclined to sell stocks into a falling market, the consequences for you could be dire, and 2) the PLA navy is quite serious about projecting China’s maritime ambitions to the rest of the world.

Evidence of the latter point is readily observable in the South China Sea, where dredgers have been busy for months building man-made islands atop reefs in the Spratlys much to the chagrin of Washington and its regional allies.

Then there was the PLA’s unexpected arrival in Yemen back in March when a naval frigate showed up in Aden and evacuated 225 foreign nationals.

And who can forget the five ships that cruised by just 12 miles off the coast of Alaska as Obama toured the state.

As if all of that wasn’t enough, at least one commander in Bashar al-Assad’s Syrian Arab Army now claims Chinese personnel are on their way to Latakia.  Continue reading

Russia, China Counterbalance US Hegemony Through SCO, BRICS

Basically, the SCO is the world war axis while BRICS is the economic warfare front against the United States.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) are allowing China and Russia to take advantage of shifting global economic interests and successfully counterbalance the US hegemony.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the BRICS have transformed into two influential political organizations with the prospect of becoming an alternative to the US-led global system, according to Stratfor.

“Ultimately, both forums enable Russia and China to promote their individual regional interests and their combined interest in countering US dominance in the international system,” Stratfor’s analysts pointed out. Continue reading

The Rise of Asian Giant: China is Ready to Defend Its National Interests

https://i0.wp.com/cdn4.img.sputniknews.com/images/102139/36/1021393615.jpg

The times when China was coolheaded and cautious regarding its foreign policy are over; the Asian giant is ready to show its teeth when its interests are at stake, the India-based newspaper Milli Gazette reported.

In the past, China tried to influence other countries mainly through economic means, using trade and business mechanisms. However, now Beijing has openly shown that it doesn’t approve of any foreign interference in the Asia-Pacific Region, China’s own backyard.
