Keeping a Promise Isn’t Always a Good Thing (depends on the promise)

Usually, this blog is devoted to understanding external economic warfare. Of course, there can be internal warfare as well. Just consider the oath to defend the Constitution from “all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Likewise, enemies of our free market economy are not limited to foreign threats.

We are now witnessing a nearly complete economic assault waged against what was once a significant portion of our domestic energy industry. Essentially, coal is bankrupt, with the collapse of Peabody as just announced. This is not a shock. In fact, it was a campaign promise of then Senator Obama. Continue reading

CIA chief would disobey president if waterboarding ordered

Apparently the Obama administration has stacked enough of its henchmen within the U.S. military to form a fifth column, thus creating a group of resistance for any potential conservative President. They will openly rebel (mutiny) by hindering and blocking his/her commands. With an American public always strongly siding with its military, yet not knowing its been infiltrated with a fifth column, this could create crippling destabilization.

Please see the source for the video.

CIA Director John Brennan has said that his spy agency will not use controversial interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, even if ordered to do so by a future president – after two presidential contenders, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, said it would be allowed. Continue reading

The Battle to Keep the Establishment in Power

That is the last time a Republican presidential convention opened without the nominee having been decided in the primaries was 1976 and the fight was between Ronald Reagan and Gerald Ford. There were efforts by the establishment to stop two people they regarded as outsiders before – Barry Goldwater in 1964 and Ronald Reagan in 1976. It is looking much more difficult for Trump to nail down enough delegates to beat the Republicans at their own corrupt rules. We are more likely headed to a rigged convention and this is highly playing into the hands of the precise thing the Republicans better not do. They are sacrificing the nation for personal perks. It is not that Trump is the savior; hardly. But he would be at least a check against  these people. Continue reading

Communism – at the core of Common Core

(TRUNEWS) Many Americans are fed up with Common Core but don’t understand the true agenda – to promote communism.

Chaplain Ray Moore has studied the program extensively and was a guest on Tuesday’s edition of TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles.

He said the goal is evidenced by the fact that Common Core does not have absolutes, even in math.  Working in groups and a forming a “collective state of mind” is a more important goal than coming up with the correct answer.

USA: Where Politicians Are Free to Rig the Game

As to be expected, the Republicans are up to dirty tricks to try to prevent Trump from being the candidate. After the Iowa Caucus, reports are surfacing from volunteers who say that their precincts were being combined into one large mob to push the vote to Cruz. Iowa was always a rigged game, and generally only 1 in 6 people eligible to vote bother to show up. The political elite have typically tried to manipulate the election results, showing that Joseph Stalin was not so off base by saying voters never decide elections. Continue reading

Why Did Pope Francis Push for a U.S.-Cuba Thaw?

The surprise restoration of relations between the United States and Cuba represents a major victory for the pope. Is it cause for celebration?

“How many divisions does the pope of Rome have?” That was Soviet leader Joseph Stalin’s reply after British Prime Minister Winston Churchill advised him, in the aftermath of World War ii, to consider the Vatican’s perspective while laying out a plan for the future of Eastern Europe.

Stalin respected only brute force. The Vatican had none, so he dismissed it as irrelevant.

But today Stalin and the Soviet behemoth he led are long gone, while the papal system remains. And it was actually a pope—blending politics with religion—who sparked the revolution that eventually toppled the Berlin Wall, and brought down that Soviet system.

It’s come to this: Time to impeach ‘Emperor Obama’

President Barack Obama is in open defiance of the U.S. Constitution.

This week, in an address to the nation, he announced he is granting relief from deportation to approximately 4 to 5 million illegal immigrants. He is doing this, even though he has said, in numerous speeches since he assumed office in 2008, that he does not have the constitutional authority to transgress or alter current immigration laws. He is now governing by diktat, acting outside of the law, overriding the separation of powers and our system of checks and balances. His action is unprecedented in American history, launching us into a full-fledged constitutional crisis.

There is only one response commensurate with this brazen power grab: impeachment. Continue reading

Could the U.S. Face a Cruise Missile Threat from the Gulf of Mexico?

As asked here a few times in the past, it’s unknown which should be more alarming: The fact that the Russians have been meddling in our backyard for so long, or the fact that the unintelligent communities are so slow to pick up on this.

Now a third element to this question can be added: When’s the last time anyone has heard that the US Military might be able cobble together enough stuff so that maybe something will work‘? That’s how far downhill it has gone.

Most people don’t even know that the Russians have reopened ties with Nicaragu a long time ago (See alsoHERE) and have been discussing reopening a Soviet era strategic airbase, one large enough to house nuclear bombers.

The United States is puzzling over how to block cruise missiles that theoretically could be launched from the Gulf of Mexico, even after throwing some of its most advanced technologies at the problem.

Russia and Iran have been cited as possible threats that might, at some point, lurk in the waters just off U.S. shores.

A 2013 military exercise pitted systems such as Patriot interceptors, Aegis warships and combat aircraft against potential cruise-missile or short-range ballistic missiles fired from the Gulf. But the drill highlighted a particular vulnerability to cruise missiles lobbed from that region, U.S. Northern Command head Gen. Charles Jacoby indicated in congressional testimony last week. Iran-North Korea Missile Cooperation Undermines Recent Geneva Nuclear Deal

Iran and North Korea working on 80-ton rocket booster

Iranian collaboration with North Korea on a new rocket booster for long-range missiles undermines the deal with Tehran on its nuclear program, key Senate and House Republicans said on Tuesday.

“While the president was undertaking his secret negotiations—which Congress wasn’t informed of—he had to know Iran and North Korea were testing new engines for ballistic missiles to target the United States,” said Rep. Mike Rogers (R., Ala.) chairman of the House Armed Services subcommittee on strategic forces. Continue reading
