Harbinger Man: ‘The time is now to prepare’

Author and Bible teacher Jonathan Cahn says he has been so swamped with questions and concerns about the looming end of the Shemitah year on Sept. 13 that he can’t answer them all.

“We have been deluged with people calling, emailing, asking questions from all over the country, wanting to know what’s happening. So we decided to put out a video,” Cahn told WND via email.

Everybody preparing for a ‘September event’ that coincides with Shemitah

What is the Shemitah? It is the “Sabbath year,” which is also known as the sabbatical or sheviit; the seventh year of a seven-year agricultural cycle mandated by the Torah, Judaism’s religious guidance, for the Land of Israel. As reported by CBN‘s “The 700 Club,” Shemitah “is about the events happening in America and around the world that were predicted to the time and date of occurrence” based on writings and interpretations in the Torah.

Some believe the Shemitah portends a “day of reckoning” for the United States. Continue reading

Ancient biblical cycle now 2 months from climax

This period of early autumn was the most crucial time on the biblical calendar for the ancient Israelites, with the end of the seven-year cycle described in Deuteronomy as the Shemitah or Sabbath year. All farmland was to be left in a state of rest and the people were to focus on God and His will for their nation and their lives.

This year on Sept. 13, the Shemitah reaches its peak on the last day on the Hebrew calendar, Elul 29, known as the “day of nullification.” All debt and credit were to be wiped away on this day as described by author Jonathan Cahn in his New York-Times bestseller, “The Mystery of the Shemitah,” published in September 2014.

But the Shemitah can be a game-changer not only for economies and stock markets but also in geopolitics.

Sign Of Judgment? Total Solar Eclipse On March 20th Falls In The Middle Of The Four Blood Red Moons

It’s highly recommended that you see this previous post for a great thorough explanation from a historical and Biblical context. The 20th should look quite interesting being that things are even more heated in the Middle East. The Obama administration is doing everything it can to keep Netanyahu from being reelected, including meddling in foreign affairs of an ally by sending political hit squads (among possibly threatening to shoot down Israeli war planes) which means he might have to strike Iran beforehand, otherwise a new incoming Israeli administration could be suicidally complacent and be attacked.

Could this bring war? Maybe. Could this bring an economic collapse of America? Maybe. What exactly will happen, if something does, is an unknown and is for God to determine. We do know, however, that the entire world over is in dire straits and is one event away from catastrophe.

Also, don’t forget “Israel” doesn’t mean the nation of Israel from a Biblical context. It applies to the lost tribes of Israel that in modern times include such nations as the United States, Great Britain and Australia, for example. Knowing the difference between “Israel” and “Judah”, for example, is key in today’s times. More information can be found on this HERE.

The total solar eclipse on March 20th falls on Nisan 1, which is the first day of the first month of the Biblical calendar.  According to Jewish tradition, a solar eclipse on Nisan 1 is a sign of judgment.  And this has certainly been true in the past.  For example, there was a solar eclipse on Nisan 1 in 70 AD.  Later that year, the Romans attacked Jerusalem and completely destroyed the Temple.  What makes all of this even more interesting is the fact that the solar eclipse on March 20th falls right in the middle of the blood moon tetrad, and it also happens to fall during the Shemitah year.  If you are not a believer, you may be tempted to dismiss all of this as some sort of extremely bizarre coincidence.  If you are a believer, you also might be skeptical.  But by the end of this article, at least you will understand what so many people are talking about right now.
