Civil Unrest Rising in Germany

There are reports of more and more incidents of Germans turning against the refugees with violence. A mob of about 50 youths went “hunting” for migrants in the eastern German city of Bautzen. They were throwing stones. This was by no means the first time in that city. This did not reach the 1700 people who protested in Cologne when riot police were called in last January after they raped some 2000 German girls on News Years Eve. The Functions Of Russia’s Newly Announced National Guard

This could be seen a Vladimir solidifying his hold on Russia, or that he’s in trouble and is facing threats of removal. This is also surely going to be used against political opposition. Either way, Putin’s private army is born.

The same day, Putin signed an executive order appointing Viktor Zolotov director of the Federal Service of National Guard Troops and commander of the National Guard Troops, and relieved him of his position as Interior Ministry Troops commander.[3]

The following are excerpts from an article detailing the functions of the new National Guard, as published on the website of the Russian media outlet Rbc.ru:[4] Continue reading

These handpicked soldiers were loyal first and foremost to the emperor. After the fall of Rome, the legacy of this imperial force inspired would-be emperors from Napoleon Bonaparte to Czar Peter the Great to create private armies.

A modern-day imperial strongman is resurrecting this idea once again!
