On the left, we have the Time Magazine Pathos Shriek-Out, the photoshopped-in-our-collective-mind’s-eye image of Evil Trump “separating” toddlers from their families — except, of course, that the crying two-year-old (above) was never separated from her mother; and, of course, never met Donald Trump.

Note how Time stands by its propaganda: “Our cover and our reporting capture the stakes of this moment,” Time editor-in-chief Edward Felsenthal said. The stakes? Perhaps Felsenthal conveyed more than he intended. Think of it: All “the stakes” that are fit to print. Political warfare in this country is at a risky flash point as the Left intensifies its attacks (including outrageous harassment of Trump officials) on the remnant rule of law undergirding the shredded sovereignty of this nation. What Felsenthal confirms is what we already know: The news media are not covering this political warfare; they are themselves shareholders in what is at risk — “the stakes” — and have made themselves special operators in the psychological battlefield.

Chinese Warships Shadow Alaska Amid G20 Fallout

(VERO BEACH, FL) Five Chinese warships have been spotted in international waters off the coast of the Bering Sea near the Aleutian Islands in Alaska.

The armed flotilla has been under observation by US military elements for several days, TASS reports.

The White House is aware of the Chinese warships, and the Pentagon has not registered any threatening activity, even though the same five Chinese warships came within 12 miles of the US coastline during President Barack Obama’s visit to Alaska in September 2015.

The Russian-Turkish conflict is reflected not only in the military, political and economic tension between the two countries but also in the Russian media, which expresses extreme hostility towards Turkey and its president.

This is evident, for example, in articles in English published recently on the Russian websites NEO[1] and Pravda.[2] One of these articles cites “a leading military expert” as saying that, in the event of a war between the two countries, “Russia will have to use nuclear weapons immediately, because the existence of the nation will be at stake.” The others focus on Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan, presenting him as an enabler and supporter of the Islamic State (ISIS) and calling him a “madman” and a “murderer.” One even suggests that Turkey was “a prime mover in the [November 13] Paris attack.”

In an article titled, Russian General Warns of World War 3, Russia’s Nuclear Plans for The World, we read that Moscow is engaged in joint defense projects with China, India and other countries. Colonel General Leonid Ivashov is quoted in Pravda as saying that the U.S. has “not upgraded one single ballistic missile, and they do not build new ones either.” He bragged of Russia’s nuclear advantage. “This situation has changed dramatically,” Ivashov noted, “and we are standing on the brink of a war – not a cold war, but a hot war. Therefore, today Russia hastily takes efforts to rebuild the defensive capacity of the armed forces and change military doctrine.”

On a related matter, a Ukrainian analyst privately commented on the allegations of Pavel Gubarev (in East Ukraine) that Putin’s man in Chechnya, Ramzon Kadyrov, was behind the terrorist attacks in France the week before last: “If Gubarev says Kadyrov is involved in the terrorism in France, it is probably true.” He then added, as an afterthought, “Russia is full speed on the war-threat model.”

Russia: New Tactical Submarines Shooting Under Arctic Ice; Mimics Pentagon’s Control Site

Russia has a new strategic nuclear submarine that can shoot lighter Bulava missiles even when moving and even when under the Arctic Ice, according to a Russian political news portal, PRAVDA.ru. This new submarine is named Vladimir Monomakh and will be in the hands of the Navy of Russia by mid-December. Vladimir Monomakh is just the first round of the many nuclear submarines of its type under the Russia’s Project 955 Borei.

Submarines under the Project 955 will all be equipped with “ascending rescue chambers.” The next in the project is a submarine to be called Knyaz Vladimir that is going to be the first among the many coming submarines that will be equipped with 20 Bulava missile pits, PRAVDA.ru said in its report.

Nuclear War: Russia Shocks US With Tactical Weapons, Pentagon Retaliates

America is too far behind to catch up. The funds to modernize the U.S. nuclear arsenal will be too little, too late, and is just a token offering to ‘look busy’ or prepared. After the funding is in place, it still takes years, if not a decade to go from the development to deployment stage. What they’re proposing now might not even account for inflation or go over budget in project finance.

The Soviets could also now shut down the U.S. if they wanted to, but it’s too early since there’s still a chance of damaging retaliation from whatever little capability still remains up the U.S. sleeve. The remaining means of retaliation still need to be sought out and crippled.

It’s beyond the point of no return. By the time 2017 comes around, America might find itself in checkmate — as if the easy disabling of an American warship by Russia over the Mediterranean wasn’t enough of a hint.

Russia is in possession of strategic nuclear weapons far more advanced than the United States, and it will continue to lead the game with its new generation of missiles, according to a comprehensive report from the Russian political newspaper, PRAVDA. Indeed, if World War 3 erupts, Russian Vladimir Putin will win hands down, the report suggested.

The report titled Russia Prepares Nuclear Surprise For NATO, claims that Russia was able to amass its massive nuclear power because the U.S. had been dismissive and neglectful of achieving innovations in decades after winning the Cold War. Specifically, the U.S. had closed the possibility of developing high-precision long-range weapons that could eradicate enemies even without coming to direct contact. But Russia never stops innovating despite much criticism and the more accepted notion that the country is weak and the west is superior. At this point, Russia has “long-range cruise missiles of a new generation that will soon be deployed on submarines of the Black Sea Fleet and missile ships of the Caspian Flotilla,” PRAVDA stated.

Soviet Union to be recreated by 2025

“America’s nightmare of the opposition with a huge empire, the Soviet Union, will repeat again. By 2025, the Union will be re-established in some form,” Pavel Sviridov said. He talked about it, as well as about the future of Ukraine and its political leaders with Pravda.Ru.

“I am a futurist, I study possible variants of the future. I assume that by 2025, the Soviet Union will be recreated in some form. There is an axis of Russia-Kazakhstan-Belarus-Ukraine and possibly Armenia or Kyrgyzstan. They will come to a new unified agreement, and, most likely, it will be based on the Customs Union. For the time being, they build an economic platform. This will be the union, where no one will try to find out, who has got a larger piece of the pie. All will understand that the union is good for all, both socially and politically.

“I’d like to recall the words from a native of Kharkov, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who said that without Ukraine, Russia would always be a regional state, and with Ukraine it would always be a great power.

Putin wants Russia and China to join forces against the West

It is Pravda that reported the headline regarding uniting Russia and China against the West earlier this month. Pravda was the official newspaper of the Soviet Union through 1991 and has been a Russian news source since. Here are excerpts from the article:

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in China on Tuesday, June 5^th, for a two-day official visit. Putin plans to sign more than a dozen of various bilateral documents during his meetings with Chinese officials. On June 6-7, he will take part in the Beijing summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, RIA Novosti reports.

During his visit to China, Putin will coordinate the positions of the two countries on Syria and Iran. As for the SCO, the sides will discuss the questions related to the penetration of extremists to Central Asia.

Putin is making the trip to China against the background of the surging crisis on the financial market and the increasing pressure that the West has been putting on Russia and China in terms of the Syrian and Iranian problems. To crown it all, the withdrawal of NATO’s troops from Afghanistan may put the national security of the two countries at risk. The discussion of the most serious problems of international politics will show to which extent Russia and China are close to each other.

The two powers do not accept the policies of the West the main goal of which is to change “non-democratic” regimes. China and Russia share similar views on Syria and Iran. The same can be said about the role of the United Nations in international affairs. Moscow and Beijing stand against the interventions in Arab countries bypassing the UN.
