“This is over” — President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this week as US Congress continues discussion and debate on holding up delivery of Lockheed-produced F-35 stealth jets purchased previously by Turkey due to Ankara’s intent to receive Russian S-400 anti-air defense systems from Russia. Thirty countries building BALLISTIC missiles capable of carrying NUCLEAR bomb, warns Nato

The military alliance’s latest review of security threats, released today, highlights the “proliferation of ballistic missiles” as a “threat to Allied populations, territory and forces”.

General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg, author of the report, said: “Over 30 countries around the world have, or are acquiring, ballistic missile technology that could eventually be used to carry not just conventional warheads, but also weapons of mass destruction.”

Europe faces a ‘real threat’ from Russia, warns US army commander

The commander of the US army in Europe, Lt-Gen Frederick “Ben” Hodges, says that Nato must remain united “as insurance” against Russia

The commander of the US army in Europe has warned that Nato must remain united in the face of a “real threat” from Russia.

“It’s not an assumption. There is a Russian threat,” Lt-Gen Frederick “Ben” Hodges said.

“You’ve got the Russian ambassador threatening that Denmark will be a nuclear target if it participates in any missile defence programme. And when you look at the unsafe way Russian aircraft are flying without transponders in proximity to civilian aircraft, that’s not professional conduct.”

Russia slams Israeli attack on Syria. US forces in Jordan on alert

By now most have heard about the Israeli air strike against a Syrian military site. What’s not new or alarming is knowing that an entire region called the Middle East could’ve been lit on fire, but that a Russian Mig-31 fighter flew over Sinai, seemingly in response.

The Syrian announcement of an Israeli air strike on a military site near Damascus Wednesday, Jan. 30, drew strong condemnation from Moscow the next day: “Such action if confirmed would amount to unacceptable military interference in the war-ravaged country,” said the statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry Thursday. “If this information is confirmed, then we are dealing with unprovoked attacks on targets on the territory of a sovereign country, which blatantly violate the UN Charter and is unacceptable, no matter the motives to justify it.”

Israel has made no comment on the Damascus statement which described in detail an Israeli air strike against a “military research institute” near the capital. Witnesses say it was a plant for manufacturing “unconventional weapons.” The facility was destroyed and two staff members killed.

Lebanese sources later reported a Russian Mig-31 fighter had crossed over Sinai Wednesday in the direction of Israel. It veered west over the Mediterranean after encountering an Israeli warning not to intrude into its air space and continued flying over Lebanon. Continue reading

U.S. Patriot Missiles Begin Arriving In Turkey

“The deployment started early this morning into Incirlik” Air Base in southeastern Turkey, Peter Woodmansee, missile defense chief of the U.S. European Command, told AFP. “Several aircraft landed very early this morning with the advance party personnel from 3-2 Air Defense Artillery (ADA) — the Patriot unit — arriving as well.”

The deployment comes as violence rages across Turkey’s southern border, with the United Nations estimating that at least 60,000 people have been killed in Syria since the revolt against President Bashar al-Assad erupted in March 2011. Continue reading

Forget Dec. 21, watch out for 1/11, 2/11, 3/11

Little do most people know is that 9/11 happened on the birthday of the KGB founder, Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky. The KGB is also known to have trained Islamic terrorists to serve as proxies (see also here) for a greater war against the United States. Using the terrorists as proxies makes it that much more difficult to trace any involvement of today’s Soviet Union. Henceforth, the term grey terror. One might want to think about 2017, the 100th anniversary of the KGB’s (FSB today) existence. Radical Islamic terrorists cannot fully act on their own under such a capacity without some sort of training or direction.

Al-Qaida is teaming up with Iran to stage massive terror attacks on French and German targets in the next three months, according to an inside source.

Those targets include French Socialist Party headquarters, commerce centers and the Paris Metro rapid transit system. The supreme leader of the Islamic regime, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, held a meeting in Tehran with four top commanders of al-Qaida one month ago at which it was decided to attack certain countries in Europe, France and Germany included, according to the source in Khamenei’s office who can’t be named for security reasons.

The Islamic regime planned these massive terrorist attacks on the world stage, the source said, over the increasing push to oust Syrian President Bashar Assad and Iran’s collapsing economy from sanctions over its nuclear program.

Seventeen al-Qaida terrorists are en route to France to join four already there, according to the source. Continue reading

Russia arms Syria with powerful ballistic missiles

The deadlier the Syrian arsenal, the higher chance of being able to effectively strike back. The higher chance of being able to effectively strike back, the higher probability Damascus will be flattened. Point being: Dictator or not, and no one questions that Bashar al Assad is a bad man, this is a man who will not back down.

What makes him more dangerous is that he saw what happened with Saddam Hussein, Hosni Mubarak and then Muammar Gaddafi. He knows surrendering is a concrete death sentence.

He is nearly cornered with his back against the wall and will more than likely choose to use every means necessary to defend his corrupt regime. And by defence, we’re talking the use of WMDs. WMDs are the proverbial “line in the sand” and once they are used, all bets are off — ergo, Damascus shall be no more as foretold in Isaiah 17:1.

Hours after NATO agreed on Tuesday to send Patriot missiles to Turkey because of the crisis in Syria, Russia delivered its first shipment of Iskander missiles to Syria.

The superior Iskander can travel at hypersonic speed of over 1.3 miles per second (Mach 6-7) and has a range of over 280 miles with pinpoint accuracy of destroying targets with its 1,500-pound warhead, a nightmare for any missile defense system.

Russia Docks Warships in Syria as NATO Arms Turkey

Russian warships docked at a naval base in Syria, according to reports on Wednesday, further separating Moscow from Western actions in the war-torn country.

The two ships made a rare call at the port in Tartus, Russia’s only remaining international military base since the Soviet Union collapsed, according to AFP and Interfax reports. Russian authorities claim the stop was only to load fuel and water and make “minor repairs.” This is the second time the Russian Navy has raised eyebrows in recent weeks, following reports that it docked warships off the coast of Gaza in late November, during the height of the fighting there with Israel. Israel Disaster Drills Prepare Nation For War

Israel is conducting mass casualty drills to train the nation for a national disaster which focuses on responding to an earthquake but which military officials admitted was also a rehearsal for how to respond to war.

Mired in conflict since before its birth in 1948, Israel’s first ever national disaster drill envisages 7,000 dead, 70,000 casualties and 170,000 made homeless as a consequence of an earthquake along the Rift Valley fault. Continue reading
