We can only imagine the twenty-four hour media blitz that would be unleashed if this had happened with the Trump campaign, or on anyone’s staff even remotely associated  with President Trump past or present.

But when the story first broke in the middle of this week of a mole working on behalf of the Russian Chinese government on a powerful Democrat Senate Intelligence Committee member’s staff, it passed in the mainstream media with a yawn, and though slowly gaining visibility still hasn’t been covered by some of the large cable networks or newspapers.

Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) was “mortified” upon learning that a Chinese spy had worked in her office for nearly 20 years. Continue reading

Killing C.I.A. Informants, China Crippled U.S. Spying Operations

WASHINGTON — The Chinese government systematically dismantled C.I.A. spying operations in the country starting in 2010, killing or imprisoning more than a dozen sources over two years and crippling intelligence gathering there for years afterward.

Current and former American officials described the intelligence breach as one of the worst in decades. It set off a scramble in Washington’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies to contain the fallout, but investigators were bitterly divided over the cause. Some were convinced that a mole within the C.I.A. had betrayed the United States. Others believed that the Chinese had hacked the covert system the C.I.A. used to communicate with its foreign sources. Years later, that debate remains unresolved.

But there was no disagreement about the damage. From the final weeks of 2010 through the end of 2012, according to former American officials, the Chinese killed at least a dozen of the C.I.A.’s sources. According to three of the officials, one was shot in front of his colleagues in the courtyard of a government building — a message to others who might have been working for the C.I.A. Russian Military Expert: ‘We Are Quietly Seeding The U.S. Shoreline With Nuclear Mole Missiles’

If you take this for a joke, you should really think twice about how you react, and consider the following facts:

First, when JFK was still alive, he mentioned during a dinner conversation to a reporter that the Soviets had a nuclear device at their embassy in Washington, DC, just blocks away from the White House. If relations turned sour, the United States would be decapitated in one blow.

Second, reading the book “Spetsnaz. The Story Behind the Soviet SAS” by the highest ranking Soviet defector during the Cold War, Viktor Suvorov, is a creepy eye opener which brings to light signs and indicators of how World War IV (III is the Cold War) will begin. If you want to jump right to it instead of reading the book in its entirety, you can save yourself time by reading the 15th chapter, “Spetsnaz’s First World War.” However, to understand how the 15th chapter came to this, you have to read the previous 14 give insight into how Russians think, how Spetsnazs are groomed and what mission(s) they’re on — and their ultimate goal: Toppling America.

It’s worth your read and you might come to the realization that the world is in the most danger it’s ever been, even more so than the Cold War. Why’s that? Because even during the Cold War, America wasn’t asleep like it was today, thinking everything is just fine and dandy.

This isn’t a joke. The Russians love useful idiots who scoff at the idea they’re not in danger. Should America continue disarming or not modernize and rebuild, it’s going to receive its first major defeat — if it’s lucky enough to survive and see it. This isn’t fear mongering, this is pragmatism, and you likely won’t be able to even fathom or conceptualize what was written here unless you’ve been brushing up on Soviet ideology, history and such for years.

Viktor Baranetz (Source: Oxpaha.ru)

On February 28, Russian military expert Viktor Baranetz, a retired colonel and former defense ministry spokesman, published an article in the Russian tabloid Komsomolskaya Pravda titled “Trump-Pump-Pump And Our Big Bang.” In the article, Baranetz asserted that Russia has asymmetrical responses to the increase in the U.S. military budget. According to Baranetz, Russia is “quietly ‘seeding’ the U.S. shoreline with nuclear ‘mole’ missiles” that “dig themselves in and ‘sleep’ until they are given the command” to detonate.

However, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov dismissed these claims. In response to a journalist’s question on Baranetz’s article, Peskov said: “This sounds strange, to say the least, and so I would suggest that you not take newspaper reports like this seriously.”[1]

Following are excerpts from Baranetz’s article:[2]

“Our Asymmetrical Response Is Nuclear Warheads”

“The U.S. is the permanent ‘world champion’ in the size of its military budget – almost $600 billion, which is 10 times more than Russias. Even if we add together the military budgets of the top ten countries in the world, they would not reach the American budget! Now it turns out that even that is not enough for Donald Trump. He intends to increase defense expenditure by $54 billion. This money would be enough to maintain five Polish armies. Or 10 Ukrainian ones. Continue reading

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was a Soviet agent working for the KGB in Damascus, Syria in 1983, Israel’s Channel 1 reported Wednesday.

Channel 1’s foreign news editor Oren Nahari reported that documents from the Mitrokhin Archive, upheld by KGB defector Vasily Mitrokhin, show Abbas was once a Soviet spy. Continue reading

The Real Russian Mole Inside NSA

The media has finally noticed that the National Security Agency has a problem with Kremlin penetration

Moles—that is, long-term penetration agents—are every intelligence service’s worst nightmare. Though rarer in reality than in spy movies and novels, moles exist and can do enormous damage to a country’s secrets and espionage capabilities. They’re what keep counterintelligence experts awake at night.

The recent appearance on the Internet of top secret hacking tools from the National Security Agency has shined yet another unwanted spotlight on that hard-luck agency, which has been reeling for three years from Edward Snowden’s defection to Moscow after stealing more than a million classified documents from NSA. As I explained, this latest debacle was not a “hack”—rather, it’s a clear sign that the agency has a mole.

Of course, I’ve been saying that for years. It’s not exactly a secret that NSA has one or more Russian moles in its ranks—not counting Snowden. Now the mainstream media has taken notice and we have the “another Snowden” meme upon us. Continue reading

NATO’s Big New Russian Spy Scandal

A Russian mole has been uncovered inside NATO intelligence. What does this mean for Western security?

Last weekend, in the latest development in the secret espionage struggle between Vladimir Putin’s Kremlin and the West, a major Russian spy was arrested in Italy. On Saturday, Frederico Carvalhão Gil, a senior intelligence official from Portugal, was picked up by Italian police along with his Russian intelligence handler, whom he was meeting clandestinely in Rome.

Although Portugal is hardly a big player in the global spy game, it has been a member of the Atlantic Alliance since its founding in 1949, and Lisbon’s intelligence services are full members of the West’s secret spy network. Finding a mole like Mr. Carvalhão in any NATO security service is a serious matter for the whole alliance. Continue reading

New revelations about Cuban spy Ana Montes

Details about Cuban spy Ana Montes from the Department of Defense Inspector General’s 2005 report — only now declassified — shed new light on the case.

For 16 years, Ana Belen Montes spied for Cuba from increasingly responsible positions at the Defense Intelligence Agency. If Havana has ever run a higher level or more valuable mole inside the American defense establishment, that has never been revealed.

When she was arrested in late September 2001, Montes was about the equivalent in rank of a colonel. She had access to sensitive compartmented intelligence. Strangely, for one so openly enamored of Fidel Castro, her superiors considered her one of the best Cuba analysts anywhere in government. Continue reading
