Obama Allies Scheme to Kneecap Trump’s New National Security Team

Organizations and individuals entrenched in the Obama administration’s pro-Iran echo chamber are engaging in a new plot to defame top White House national security officials, a campaign that mirrors a successful effort by these same groups to oust former Trump administration National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, according to sources familiar with the new effort.

After targeting Flynn, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and former senior Trump adviser Sebastian Gorka, organizations closely tied to the Obama administration are setting their sites on National Security Adviser John Bolton and his newly formed team.

The Watergate perpetrators sought to conceal their actions from the law, but the U.S. government’s blatant intrusion into the 2016 presidential campaign, before and after the election, was conducted by its own law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

“Richard Nixon’s henchmen wore surgical gloves to avoid leaving clues for law enforcement. Barack Obama’s henchmen were law enforcement,” columnist Daniel Flynn wrote for The American Spectator on Sept. 22.

“Valdimir Putin did not hack the election. Barack Obama did.”

The Plot to Overthrow Trump is Very Real

 

CNN, of course, is also part of this conspiracy. You will NEVER find any positive article about Trump in mainstream media. Here is CNN and we can see that 50% of the top stories are always against Trump. We have Boehner coming out saying Trump is a disaster. This is the guy who threw people off committees if they did not vote for his agenda. The Kushner story is desperately trying to make something out of nothing. Here we have after Flynn’s removal, Kushner suggesting setting up a direct channel for diplomatic purposes regarding Syria with the Russians. That is entirely within reason and has been done during confrontations in the past. It was not done, it was merely a suggestion. They press seems to want war with Russia and absolutely nothing else. Not such link was established. So why is this a major story? It’s again RUSSIA.

Let’s start with President Trump’s allegation that the Obama Administration wiretapped the Trump Tower in October of 2016.

In summary, here is what we know.

In June 2016, the Obama Administration, using flimsy evidence of Russian connections to the Trump campaign, made an initial request for electronic surveillance of Trump and his associates under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and its approval body the FISA court.

Astute students of history understand that government agencies often further their own interests and not the administration they are designated to serve. Seldom is the genuine national security advanced when bureaucrats pledge their loyalty to their respective fiefdoms of projecting influence and power. Absent in this supremacy struggle equation is the abstract notion that state legitimacy is founded upon the will and consent of the people. Such a quaint concept does not reflect a chapter in the training manual that breeds the spooks who operate as above the law and unaccountable super spies.

Guarding signals traffic or capturing foreign communication is a logical task to protect national secrets, while gathering information on intentions and operations from adversaries. Once upon a time the National Security Agency directed the ECHELON project as a cold war network. Over the decades the functions of electronic surveillance broadened into collection on all forms of data, no matter the source or the national origin of the subject.

Flynn’s Gone But They’re Still Gunning For You, Donald

 

General Flynn’s tenure in the White House was only slightly longer than that of President-elect William Henry Harrison in 1841.  Actually, with just 24 days in the White House, General Flynn’s tenure fell a tad short of old “Tippecanoe and Tyler Too”.  General Harrison actually lasted 31 days before getting felled by pneumonia.

And the circumstances were considerably more benign. It seems that General Harrison had a fondness for the same “firewater” that agitated the native Americans he slaughtered at the famous battle memorialized in his campaign slogan. In fact, during the campaign a leading Democrat newspaper skewered the old general, who at 68 was the oldest US President prior to Ronald Reagan, saying:

Give him a barrel of hard [alcoholic] cider, and… a pension of two thousand [dollars] a year… and… he will sit the remainder of his days in his log cabin.

All three of these former U.S. Presidents and military veterans saw the danger and warned America. We must wake up, revisit our nation’s history and win our republic back.

 

U.S. Intelligence Services continue to undermine the democratically elected president they are pledged to serve.

Rogue elements of the U.S. intelligence services are waging a clandestine war against the very president they are pledged to serve, in a blatant effort to refute the will of the American people and continue the disastrous policies of the Obama administration. This organized act of treason is abhorrent and should both frighten and enrage the American people. We are witnessing an out of control group of unknown conspirators, utilizing the vast resources of the nation’s intelligence apparatus, much of it incompatible with the proper functioning of a free society, to undermine and overthrow the highest members of the executive branch.

Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer Reveals Who Was ‘Directly’ Behind Mike Flynn Phone Call Leaks

 

Former CIA analyst and retired U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Tony Shaffer during a Wednesday appearance on Fox Business Network named several Obama administration officials he suspected were behind the leaks prompting former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s resignation.

“Risk and Reward” host Deirdre Bolton asked Shaffer whether he thought leaks from the Obama administration were “the problem.”

“Absolutely,” Shaffer answered, saying the Obama administration was “directly involved” with the leak.

‘He will die in jail’: Intelligence community ready to ‘go nuclear’ on Trump, senior source says

The ‘Deep State’ has shown itself in one area, is now in the open with its intention: A coup d’état  and overthrowing of the U.S. Presidency.

U.S. national security officials are reportedly ready to “go nuclear” after President Donald Trump’s latest attack on the intelligence community.

In a series of tweets on Tuesday and Wednesday, Trump insisted that the “real scandal” was not that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn lied about his contact with Russia. Instead, the president blasted what he said were “un-American” leaks that led to Flynn’s ousting.

Trump will be extremely tough with Russia

White House spokesman Sean Spicer said in his news briefing Tuesday that President Donald Trump will be extremely tough with Russia. He repeated Trump’s past call for Russia to return Crimea to Ukraine and withdraw from eastern Ukraine, but did not rule out “getting along” with President Putin on other matters. DEBKAfile:  These comments indicate a cooling of Trump’s tone towards Moscow, which may have partly motivated him to ask for the resignation of national security adviser Mike Flynn, who was a senior architect of the strategy of close US-Russian cooperation.

America’s spies anonymously took down Michael Flynn. That is deeply worrying.

As evidenced in this article, a voice in the political opposition of the Trump administration sees something gravely wrong with what happened to Michael Flynn.

The whole episode is evidence of the precipitous and ongoing collapse of America’s democratic institutions — not a sign of their resiliency. Flynn’s ouster was a soft coup (or political assassination) engineered by anonymous intelligence community bureaucrats. The results might be salutary, but this isn’t the way a liberal democracy is supposed to function.

Russia sends spy ship near US coast, deploys banned missiles at home, officials say

A Russian spy ship was spotted patrolling off the East Coast of the United States on Tuesday morning, the first such instance during the Trump administration — and the same day it was learned the Kremlin had secretly deployed controversial cruise missiles inside Russia, U.S. officials told Fox News.

The Russian spy ship was in international waters, 70 miles off the coast of Delaware and heading north at 10 knots, according to one official. The U.S. territory line is 12 nautical miles.

It was not immediately clear where the Russian spy ship is headed.
