Rocket attacks and peace-deal violations fuel concerns
Military authorities in Ukraine believe the number of Russian troops within and close to its borders has risen to more than 50,000, raising fears of a substantial escalation in the conflict raging in Ukraine’s eastern regions.
Almost 9,000 Russian Federation Armed Forces personnel are believed to be based inside Ukraine, according to reports from the country’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) seen by The Independent on Sunday. The rest are based in the neighbouring Rostov region of Russia, including mechanised assault units and communications command systems.
And where is NATO? Barely present and not ready. American battle tanks have also been removed from Europe.
Furthermore, with Obama in the White House, he will sit idly by while events unfold and Ukraine is erased. What you will see is what happened in Iraq. It’s being toppled by ISIS regardless of how the Obama administration whitewashes and denies it while the Iraqi military is used as a scapegoat. It doesn’t matter who’s right in the blame game because the point is that there’s a breakdown and both sides will bicker while one is being conquered by a third party.
If war breaks out, this will lead to the almost-immediate expulsion of NATO and America from the European continent because it’s simply unprepared and unable. If you need actual proof, look no further than what the White House says.

Violence and looting overtook much of West Baltimore on Monday, injuring more than a dozen police officers and leaving buildings and vehicles in flames.
As night fell, looters took to Mondawmin Mall and a Save-A-Lot and Rite Aid in Bolton Hill, loading up cars with stolen goods. About 10 fire crews battled a three-alarm fire at a large senior center under construction at Chester and Gay streets, as police officers stood guard with long guns.
About 10 p.m., police confirmed shots were fired at an officer in the area of Virginia Avenue and Reisterstown Road in Northwest Baltimore. The officer was not hit and the suspect fled.
Fifteen police officers were injured in a clash with school-age children that began around 3 p.m., and two remain hospitalized, police Col. Darryl DeSousa said in a press conference Monday night. OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) – Burkina Faso’s President Blaise Compaore said on Thursday he would stay in power at the head of a transitional government until after elections, rejecting opposition calls for him to step down immediately following a day of violent protests.

At a Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office meeting held on Sep. 15, Zhang Dejiang, Politburo Standing Committee member and National People’s Congress Standing Committee chairman, claimed that by order of the Politburo, the “one country, two systems” status quo between Beijing and Hong Kong would be terminated should the situation become critical.
