Russian Orthodox Archbishop Warns the West

Russian Orthodox Archbishop Hilarion Alfeyev has offered a stark warning to Western churches confronting secularism in Europe.

Russian Orthodox Archbishop Hilarion Alfeyev issued what could only be viewed as a warning to Western churches during a speech last week at the Russian Embassy in London. Continue reading

Germany Is Conquering NATO

Many think President Trump is pushing Germany to remilitarize, but he is actually giving in to what Germany demanded decades ago when NATO was founded.

At the nato headquarters in Brussels at the end of May, United States President Donald Trump once again urged European nato members to spend at least 2 percent of their gross domestic product on their military. Meeting President Trump’s demands will make Germany and Europe an independent military superpower within nato. Many in Germany, such as Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel, are up in arms about Mr. Trump’s demands.

But other German politicians have been calling for this for decades.

Germany is currently only spending about 1.2 percent of annual gdp on its military. Spending 2 percent would mean spending $80 billion—more than any other European state. This would make Germany a military powerhouse within Europe and nato. Continue reading

Reaching for the Bomb

WARSAW/HAMBURG/BERLIN (Own report) – The Polish government’s éminence grise, Jarosław Kaczyński, has picked up the German establishment’s call to acquire its own nuclear weapons. He would welcome it, if the EU would become a “nuclear superpower,” Kaczyński told a leading German daily. Last week, the left liberal, government critical “Panorama” television program of the ARD’s Norddeutscher Rundfunk channel called for launching an “open debate” on the “German nuclear bomb,” because “no state” could presently be “confident” that the USA, under President Trump, would “unconditionally defend the other NATO allies.” To “deter” Russia from attacking a member of the Alliance, in this situation, it is necessary to have national control over nuclear weapons, claimed the authors of the program. Numerous experts from think tanks, the media and from the political domain have expressed similar views, even while differing, on whether to confide the nuclear war potential to the authority of the EU’s military bodies or to the German government. The Father of the European Union – The Real Mover & Shaker Behind the Curtain

This article right here explains exactly why Europe is allowing itself to be flooded with immigrants. It’s another step in creating the United States of Europe.

Since the article is so informative, it’ll remain 100% in tact here for archiving purposes.

Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi

Most people have never heard of the real man behind the curtain who inspired the idea of the European Union. They certain do not realize that his idea was to stop the inbreeding within Europe and to support the mixing of peoples and many say races to create the United States of Europe. Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi (1894-1972), was of noble birth and was very much an elitist. He is the real father of the European Union for his efforts go back to 1922 when he founded in Vienna the “Pan Europe” movement. Indeed, his idea was partially supported by the fact that the people of Europe migrated to the United States and intermarried to create America. He saw the same thing was necessary for Europe. This idea is behind German Finance Minister Schäuble outrageous statement that the refugees are needed calling for more immigration into Europe otherwise, Europe will“degenerate into [an] inbred” continent. This is right out of Coudenhove-Kalergi whose argument captured many elitists and spread from Austria to most other countries within Europe. You have to keep in mind that the Royal families were engaged in such a policy. The English monarch is related to the German, Russian, Dutch, and Spain where there were all intermarriages under the theory of creating political stability. Continue reading

Referendums as Tyranny

THE HAGUE/BERLIN (Own report) – The possibility of invalidating the will of the majority is being considered, in view of today’s EU referendum in the Netherlands, where the population will vote on the EU’s Association Agreement with Ukraine. According to polls, the opponents of the agreement were still in the lead. This is even more significant, because the referendum’s initiators see the referendum also as a vote against the EU and the EU oriented elites, who seem to be losing influence over public opinion also in the Netherlands. A subsequent referendum on the Euro, for example, cannot be ruled out. The EU Commission President’s patronizing interventions in the Dutch debate, no longer have an effect. Proponents of the EU’s association agreement are, therefore, using anti-Russia sentiments and threat scenarios to try to reach their goals, warning that a “No” would strengthen “Putin.” The CDU-affiliated Konrad Adenauer Foundation points out that the referendum is non-binding and could be ignored by the government in The Hague. A negative outcome of the referendum could also possibly be nullified with a “technical solution.” German media are debating the very principle of national referendums on EU issues, calling them a “minority tyranny.”

Europe’s prestigious Charlemagne Prize for promoting unity goes to the pope—an important sign of what’s to come.

That news will come as no surprise to those familiar with theTrumpet.com. For years we have said that the Catholic Church must play a powerful role in European unity.

The European Common Market has “so far … been unable to bring about full political union,” wrote Herbert W. Armstrong in his book The United States and Britain in Prophecy. “This will be made possible by the ‘good offices’ of the Vatican, who alone can be the symbol of unity to which they can look.”

Few see the signs of the Vatican playing this role, so far. Many of Europe’s modern leaders are from Europe’s very secular, multicultural left. But now, as Europe is becoming increasingly desperate for unity—with the euro, the border-free Schengen zone, and even the European Union itself under threat—we’re seeing more signs that it will look to the Vatican.

The Significance of Germany’s Break From America

A spying scandal has sparked a lot of hatred for America among the Germans. Bible prophecy states that this trend will intensify.

After World War II, Germany lay in ruins. The nation was wiped out economically and couldn’t afford to rebuild. The United States came to Germany’s aid with the Marshall Plan, giving billions of dollars to Germany and other European states to help them recover. This prevented Soviet communism from spreading into Western Europe, and it bound West Germany, and the future united German state, to the rest of Europe and the Western world. It also ensured a strong post-war alliance between America and West Germany. This alliance continued when Germany reunified in 1990.

Recent events, however, are destroying this alliance.

German Spy Caper Will Shake World

Fresh revelations of ongoing United States’ spying on Germany’s leadership have left the German leaders and people furious. It is at the point of becoming a game-changing event in German-U.S. relations.

In an article titled “The German-American Breakup,” the Los Angeles Times wrote, “[W]ith the fresh revelation that the cia recruited an intelligence official as a spy, and the possibility of a second spy in the Defense Ministry, the fury is reaching a tipping point. U.S. Ambassador John B. Emerson was called on the carpet by the German Foreign Office on July 4 about the first incident. On Thursday, Germany ordered the cia station chief in Berlin to leave” (July 10; emphasis added throughout).

This is the type of embarrassing diplomatic reprisal reserved for rogue regimes like Iran and North Korea—not for the world’s supposed superpower. Continue reading
