Investigators: Clinton Foundation is no ‘charitable organization’ and operated as a foreign agent

The Clinton Foundation does not operate as a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation as required and is not entitled to non-profit status, forensic investigators told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Dec. 13.

The foundation operates as a “family partnership,” John Moynihan and Lawerence W. Doyle, both graduates of the Catholic Jesuit College of the Holy Cross and former expert forensic government investigators, told the committee.

“Outside help” may compromise the security of future U.S. Presidents by exposing the agency to foreign agents. America in every facet is falling apart at the seams.

 

“USSS simply cannot hire enough personnel to keep pace with historic attrition rates,” House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and ranking Democrat Elijah Cummings of Maryland noted in a Tuesday letter to Secret Service director Joseph Clancy.

Speaking at a forum in Washington, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper warned of the danger posed by a capable adversary like the Chinese government.

“You have to kind of salute the Chinese for what they did,” Clapper said.

At least 18 million people — and potentially tens of millions more around the world, including relatives, friends and associates of those who had background checks conducted by the U.S. government — may have had their personal information stolen when hackers broke into the systems of the Office of Personnel Management, authorities have said.
