Gorka: Nothing ‘hidden’ about the Deep State, it was ‘overt … in our faces’

Sebastian Gorka: ‘I’ve seen the worst of the worst, the first seven months, of how the bureaucracy responded to the administration of Donald J. Trump.’

The sheer number of serious national security leaks in the Trump White House thus far is a shocking “seven times” the average number of leaks in previous administration, said Sebastian Gorka, former deputy assistant to President Donald Trump.

In a Sept. 15 Judicial Watch panel discussion, “Exposing the Deep State,” Gorka said he preferred the term “Permanent State” and said it was not “a function of something that was hidden or deep, it was right there on the surface of our policy discussions at the White House. It was in our faces. It was arrogant . . . overt.”

This is not just a reaction to a New York mogul who became president. This has been brewing for decades, truly decades,” Gorka said.

The REAL Russia Scandal

MELISSA BARREIRO/TRUMPET

Is Vladimir Putin trying to strengthen the Trump presidency—or weaken it?

Claims that United States President Donald Trump secretly cooperated with Russia to steal the 2016 United States presidential election have been making headlines for over a year. New allegations seem to come out every week, but none of them are backed up by proof against the president.

WikiLeaks published 19,252 e-mails hacked from the accounts of seven key Democratic National Committee staff members on July 22, 2016. These staff members are chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chief executive officer Amy Dacey, chief financial officer Brad Marshall, communications director Luis Miranda, press secretary Mark Paustenbach, broadcast media director Pablo Manriquez and finance director Jordan Kaplan.

The e-mails revealed that under Schultz’s leadership, key officials within the Democratic Party worked to sabotage the presidential campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders so Hillary Clinton would win the party nomination. Many Sanders supporters were outraged. Schultz apologized and resigned in disgrace. Continue reading

Who is ‘running the FBI’? Agency keeps lid on Clinton records, cites lack of ‘public interest’

The FBI said it would not release Hillary Clinton’s FBI files, citing a lack of public interest. / EPA

The public just isn’t interested enough in Hillary Clinton’s FBI files to have them released, the agency said in rejecting a lawyer’s open-records request.

“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject,” FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told lawyer Ty Clevenger in a letter on Aug. 28. Continue reading

Who is Russia’s New U.S. Ambassador?

Who is Russia’s New U.S. Ambassador?

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Anatoly Antonov to be his nation’s next ambassador to the U.S. Antonov is a former Soviet general and led the Russian military as it became increasingly aggressive toward the U.S. and its allies in the past decade.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has selected Anatoly Antonov, a career diplomat specializing in defense and security issues, to replace former spymaster Sergey Kislyak as his chief representative to the U.S.

Antonov still technically is a general in the Russian Army, holding the equivalent of the U.S. military’s five-star rank, but has worked in Putin’s government for the past six years. From 2011 until late last year, the former Soviet military leader was deputy defense minister.

Google: Search Engine or Deep State Organ?

Today’s post should be read as Part 3 of my ongoing series about the now infamous Google memo, and what it tells us about where our society is headed if a minority of extremely wealthy and powerful technocratic billionaires are permitted to fully socially engineer our culture to fit their ideological vision using coercion, force and manipulation. For some context, read Part 1 and Part 2.

I struggled with the title of this piece, because ever since the 2016 election, usage of the term “deep state” has become overly associated with Trump cheerleaders. I’m not referring to people who voted for Trump, whom I can both understand and respect, I’m talking about the Trump cultists. Like most people who mindlessly and enthusiastically attach themselves to political figures, they tend to be either morons or opportunists. Continue reading

After the Coup, what then?

Pat Buchanan: ‘If Trump is brought down, American democracy will be seen as a fraud’

That the Trump presidency is bedeviled is undeniable.

As President Donald Trump flew off for August at his Jersey club, there came word that Special Counsel Robert Mueller III had impaneled a grand jury and subpoenas were going out to Trump family and campaign associates. Continue reading

“Pushing Back” Iran

On both the left and the right, there is a consensus in Washington that the United States needs to “push back” against the Islamic Republic’s nefarious actions in the Levant, Iraq, and Yemen. The clerical regime largely controls the ground war in Syria: Tehran’s foreign Shiite militias, imported from Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, and Iranian-directed native forces lead the battle against the Sunni insurrection. In Iraq, the Islamic Republic has energetically encouraged sectarian conflict, aiding politicians and militias that have taken a hardline toward political compromise with Sunnis. Iraqi members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have become senior officials in the government. And in Yemen, Iran has backed the Shiite Houthis in their campaign to dominate the country. What once would have seemed far-fetched—Tehran trying to develop a Lebanese Hezbollah-like movement among Yemen’s “Fiver” Zaydi Shiites, who have never been close to the “Twelver” Jafaris of Iran—is now conceivable. If such Shiite militancy becomes anchored in the south of the peninsula, Tehran will surely try to aim it northward toward the badly oppressed Shiites of Bahrain and the oil-rich Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Haiti Official Who Exposed The Clinton Foundation Is Found Dead

The mainstream media’s silence over Klaus Eberwein’s death is deafening.

Eberwein was a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week.

He has been found dead in Miami at the age of 50. Continue reading

Report: Democrats colluded with Russians to defeat Trump, damage his administration

Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff read from the discredited Christopher Steele dossier extensively at a March hearing of the House Intelligence Committee.

While the major media continues to hunt for the tiniest scrap of evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, Democrats openly tried to derail Donald Trump’s campaign and, when that proved unsuccessful, his agenda as president, using a phony dossier whose author got his disinformation from – Russia.

Democrats have widely circulated the discredited dossier by ex-British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, who was paid by the Democrat-funded opposition research firm Fusion GPS with money from a Hillary Clinton supporter.

“If anyone colluded with the Russians, it was the Democrats,” a former Trump campaign adviser who asked not to be identified because of the pending investigations, told Rowan Scarborough in a July 11 report for The Washington Times. Continue reading

Lawfare: Hindering President Trump from Investigating Obama

The Democratic Party is not your mother’s Democratic Party. Today the party is composed of radical left-wing liberals and anarchists fully committed to destroying American democracy and replacing it with socialism. The Democrats today have no interest in making America strong and great again – they have the opposite agenda and intend to pursue Obama’s goal of weakening America toward socialism in preparation for Obama’s globalist ambition of one-world government.

The “resistance” movement lead by lawless Obama is designed to topple constitutionally elected President Donald Trump and create social chaos.

There are two tiers to the Democrats’ attack strategy. The blatant goal of toppling President Donald Trump disguises the primary objective of preventing Trump’s Department of Justice from investigating the criminal activities of the Obama administration. Investigations of Obama, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Lois Lerner, John Brennan, James Comey and the corrupt Clinton Foundation would be devastating to the Democratic Party.

Report: Opposition research firm that funded Trump ‘dossier’ has extensive ties to Democrat Party

Ex-British spy Christopher Steele

Fusion GPS, the firm which financed the discredited “dossier” by a former British spy that fueled the investigations into alleged Trump-Russia collusion, is packed with Democrats who supported Hillary Clinton in 2016, a report said.

Fusion GPS describes itself as a “research and strategic intelligence firm” founded by “three former Wall Street Journal investigative reporters,” author Paul Sperry wrote for the New York Post on June 24. Continue reading

An investigation into the funding behind the McCain Institute shows the non profit organization which received unspent campaign funds from the Senator who bears its name has received money from billionaire activist George Soros and Clinton-linked Teneo

(WASHINGTON, DC) Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain in 2012 turned over nearly $9 million in unspent funds from his failed 2008 presidential campaign to a new foundation bearing his name, the McCain Institute for International Leadership.

The institute is intended to serve as a “legacy” for McCain and “is dedicated to advancing human rights, dignity, democracy and freedom.” It is a tax-exempt non-profit foundation with assets valued at $8.1 million and associated with Arizona State University. Continue reading

The Phony War Against Donald Trump

The Phony War Against Donald Trump

There is no known crime at the heart of the Trump-Russia affair, and no crime has yet been even credibly alleged in President Trump’s involvement in the investigation

James Comey’s public testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee revealed both more and less than expected. It revealed less than expected by President Trump’s critics: Comey related no other incidents as eyebrow-raising as his account of when Trump asked him, in discussing the investigation of Mike Flynn, to “let this go.” Comey wrote memoranda to document each of his direct discussions with the president, but based on his testimony to Congress, none of those other memos contains anything comparable to the exchange about Flynn. US-Saudi arms mega deal looks to counter Iran

Washington has announced a bumper arms deal with Saudi Arabia, heralding the package as a major boost to long-standing security ties and a way to further isolate Iran.

Administration officials claim the agreement — worth $110 billion over the next decade — is the biggest single arms deal in American history, and it will see US defense firms flow everything from ships and tanks to the latest anti-missile systems to the kingdom.

The deal also reportedly includes the renewed sale of precision-guided munitions that had been blocked under president Barack Obama’s administration, for fear the Saudis would use them on civilian targets in Yemen, where Riyadh is prosecuting a war against Iranian-backed Huthi rebels. Trump’s sacking of FBI Head Comey stuns Washington

James B. Comey was six and-a-half years into his ten-year tenure as FBI Director, when he was suddenly fired on Tuesday, May 9, by President Donald Trump. The only other FBI director to be dismissed before him was William Sessions, whom Bill Clinton sacked in 1993 over an ethics issue.

Trump acted ironically over an affair which dogged the 2016 presidential campaign that led to his election: Comey’s handling of the investigation against his Democratic Party rival, Hillary Clinton, on her use of a private server for official email correspondence when she was Secretary of State, although some of the mails were confidential and touched on national security.
