Nuclear missiles with multiple warheads, anti-ship missiles, and man-made islands are all evidence China is increasing its military ambitions, and the United States isn’t happy about it.
The latest confrontation between the United States and China happened this week after an American spy plane was warned away from Chinese man-made islands eight times, according to CNN.
China is constructing the islands, which have been called a Great Wall of Sand, 600 miles from its coastlands to extend its dominion into the South China Sea, an area long disputed by rival countries, according to the Inquisitr.

China pursuing huge South China Sea land reclamation: US
China has dramatically ramped up its land reclamation efforts in the South China Sea this year, building artificial islands at an unprecedented pace to bolster its territorial claims in the disputed area, US officials said Friday.
The rapid construction of artificial islands in the strategic waters comes to 2,000 acres (800 hectares), with 75 percent of the total in the last five months, officials said.

US General Tells Senate North Korea Can Hit US With Nuclear ICBM
“I believe they’ve had the time and the capability to miniaturize” a nuclear weapon to arm North Korea’s new KN-08 intercontinental ballistic missiles, Army Gen. Curtis M. “Mike” Scaparrotti told the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC).
Scaparrotti, commander of U.S. Forces Korea, said “we must assume they have that capability” of hitting the U.S. Adm. Samuel Locklear, head of the Pacific Command, also testified and agreed with Scaparrotti’s assessment of North Korea’s nuclear capabilities but said they had yet to test the KN-08. Continue reading
