Will states acquire nuclear weapons to deter regime change by US?

From world superpower to world abuser of power, under the Obama administration.

America’s senseless pursuit of regime change has destroyed lives and ruined nations in the Middle East and Africa. Drawing lesson from what had happened to former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, countries blacklisted by Pentagon will now go nuclear like North Korea and Pakistan to prevent US from toppling their governments.

In 2011, Christian Science Monitor published an important article on lessons learned from US’ illegal war against Libya. Entitled “A troubling lesson from Libya: Don’t give up nukes”, the implication is that if a state gives up nukes, it risks being invaded by the US.[1]

In 2003, Muammar Gaddafi agreed to dismantle its fledgling nuclear program in exchange for diplomatic recognition and integration into the global political economy. However, in 2011 he was murdered and his country violently destroyed when the US aggressively pursued regime change. Continue reading

The Secret U.S. Army Study That Targets Moscow

As stated before, it was only a matter of time before Russia (and China) could be on par, and exceed in some areas, with the U.S. military. Now they’re here and America is realizing it, likely too late in the game. America was diverted into the Russian Middle East trap and focused on individual terrorists that can be infinitely replenished instead of the enemy behind the enemy. A Tale of Two Militaries that most people don’t understand is going to put America on the losing side if it doesn’t change extremely quick.

If you doubt America is losing its edge, or has lost, read a few of many sample articles:

A quarter century after the Cold War, the Pentagon is worried about Russia’s military prowess again.

Lieutenant General H.R. McMaster has a shaved head and gung-ho manner that only add to his reputation as the U.S. Army’s leading warrior-intellectual, one who often quotes famed Prussian general and military theorist Carl Von Clausewitz. A decade ago, McMaster fought a pitched battle inside the Pentagon for a new concept of warfare to address the threat from Islamist terrorists and insurgents in Afghanistan, Iraq and other trouble spots. Now, his new mission is more focused. Target: Moscow.

POLITICO has learned that, following the stunning success of Russia’s quasi-secret incursion into Ukraine, McMaster is quietly overseeing a high-level government panel intended to figure out how the Army should adapt to this Russian wake-up call. Partly, it is a tacit admission of failure on the part of the Army — and the U.S. government more broadly. Continue reading

Is Russia Preparing to Move to the Gold Standard?

Russia isn’t alone in thinking what happens to those who attempt to abandon the U.S. Dollar as a means of exchange, which was likely the real reason for both wars in Iraq, plus the toppling of Libya, Egypt, so on and so forth.

It’s also highly interesting to note that this falls in line with what was described by retired General Wesley Clark as the U.S. plan to overturn seven countries in five years (see also HERE) in order to keep the next superpower from rising. Although that timeline may not have been 100% exact, schedules do change to fit needs in an ever-changing environment, countries have without a doubt been overturned and destroyed in a bid to remain on top.

The fight to undermine and dethrone the United States by Russia (and China) has been going on for quite some time and quite successfully under the radar of ordinary citizens.

An article by Mises Institute contributor Marcia Christoff-Kurapovna believes that now is the ideal time for Russia to introduce a gold-backed ruble.

Mises Institute contributor Marcia Christoff-Kurapovna believes that Russia may be in the process of planning for the introduction of a gold-based currency, and would be better off for it.

“Though a far-fetched idea at first glance, many factors suggest that remonetization in gold may be a logical next step for Moscow,” Christoff-Kurapovna notes in an analytical article published Friday on the libertarian think tank’s website. Continue reading

Jim Willie: Syria, Pipeline Politics, OPEC & the US Dollar

Syria holds the key to peace, a new chapter in history and the dawn of a new age. Without oil being traded in Dollars, the US will collapse back into the stone age. With an attack on Syria the US might also collapse, should for example, a host of other nations (i.e. BRIC nations) retaliate by dropping the Dollar. This article highlights exactly what hangs in the balance and why Syria is the focus.

Syria is also only a stepping stone into Iran as it was already pre-planned to invade seven countries in five years. This was highlighted by then-General Wesley Clark in the video below. However, Iran might take the iniative by skipping that step and might set the entire Middle East on fire should Syria be attacked.

Syria is about the last gasp for the Petro-Dollar, the emergence of energy pipeline geopolitics, the rise of the NatGas Co-op, the new dominance of Russian Gazprom, the eclipse of OPEC, the fall of the house of Saud, and a grand adjustment process in global commerce and banking.

The NatGas Co-op eclipses OPEC and ushers in a new era.

Refer to trade settlement outside the USDollar and diversification away from USTreasury Bond reserves management. It took some time to realize it, but the Cyprus bank incident was a misdirected attack against Gazprom. It failed. The entire Arab Spring movement, an ambitious disruptive project waged with foolhardy ambitions, has turned on itself. Egypt fell, its US puppet discharged. The entire North African region will be in flames soon. The USGovt interfered with a grand industrialization project for European industry, to be placed on North Africa intended to take advantage of cheaper labor, available minerals, nearby resources, and easy shipping. The resentment of Europe will show up in the future. The Middle East and Persian Gulf region is shifting its salute to Russia & China, as the noisy sectarian battles have been a common fixture since long ago. Bahrain has erupted. Saudi is clamping down and converting into an Islamic police state to create the Iran-Saudi repressive bobsey twins. Chaos is the longstanding objective of the USGovt in foreign policy infection, no change in decades.

Syria is about a lot of things, most of which are volatile, many unsolvable. To be sure, the naval port of Tartus is valuable for the Russian Military, always eager to wrest a seaport. Like Lebanon, Syria is a hotbed stronghold for HezBollah, never to be taken lightly. They are mortal enemies to Israel, whose nations have exchanged covert violence for years. Syria might have tight relations with the Shiites of Iran, even some in Iraq. However, Syria represents the crossroads of many important shifting geopolitical roadways that pertain to the global financial structure and commercial systems. Syria is the tipping point for a Grand Global Paradigm Shift. It is the last stand for the Anglo Banker world. Syria will not go easily into the Russian camp, into the Gazprom fold, into the European energy market sphere. For if it does, the entire USDollar system of commerce and the USTreasury Bond system of reserves management will fall by the wayside and open a new era with Eastern dominance. But the Western powers cannot stop it. Clouds of whatever type do not halt pipeline flow, nor pipeline geopolitics. Continue reading

Russia not protecting Syria, but preventing attack on Iran – Zhirinovsky

In regards to Syria being only a step necessary to take in order to get to Iran, he is 100% correct. It was even mentioned a long time ago by then-General Wesley Clark, that seven countries in five years would be necessary to be toppled in order to keep the world’s next superpower from rising and de-throning the United States’ from its global leadership position. Iran is just the main prize in a larger game between the Soviets and the United States, whereas nearly the entire Middle East serves as a basket of proxy countries for both powers. The wars are absolutely coming as it’s now purely a matter of when and not if.

From the Russian propaganda outlet, Russia Today:

The outspoken leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) has said that the crisis in Syria is just the next phase in the run up to an attack on Iran.

Zhirinovsky, accompanying State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin on a visit to France, commented that Syria itself is“not really a point of interest for outside forces.” Continue reading

The War on Iran

The drive towards war advances. One might also want to heavily consider what retired US General Wesley Clark had to say in 2006 about the general scheme of things in the middle east.

To highlight his main point:

  • Seven countries in five years will be taken out to clean out Soviet client states (with Iran being the final target) before the next great super power comes along so we can bring the middle east over to our side.

Keeping this in mind, you might think twice about the origins of these so-called uprisings in the middle east toppling one government over after the next. These are far from democratic and spontaneous. It’s another chapter in the decades old US-Soviet cold war that never died.

The battlefield has been prepared and the war on Iran is on. November 12, 2011 is the day I believe this war transitioned from a covert action cyberwar (Stuxnet, Duqu trojans) to an overt action conventional war, which itself an escalation in real kinetic terms, in a final attempt to preempt a regional unconventional war featuring missile-borne weapons of mass destruction.

November 12 was the day when, as seen in the image below, two United States Navy Nimitz-class nuclear-armed super-carriers, USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) and USS George H. W. Bush (CVN 77) steamed in unprecedented fashion side-by-side into the Strait of Hormuz choke-point at the entrance to the Persian Gulf. American aircraft carriers have transited the Strait of Hormuz hundreds of times over the past 32 years, but never in such a bristling array as this. The message to Tehran and Qom was unambiguous as unambiguous gets.
