Vladimir Putin could LASH OUT and attack West as Russia runs out of cash warns top general

He has brought his country past the point of no return and the only question is who Russia collides with. Putin has to act or he loses credibility with his handlers and his hold on power, period.

Retired US General David Petraeus said that the megalomaniac leader will become more and more desperate and could resort to suicidal acts of violence as “crippling” western sanctions empty his country’s coffers.

The respected soldier predicted that the nuclear superpower will completely run out of cash within two years and will not be able to raise more funds to bankroll its aggressive foreign policy, potentially leading to deadly consequences for those nations on its doorstep.

In a dire warning shot to NATO members including Britain, the military expert said: “I think Putin has a limited window of a couple of years to continue provocative actions…and we have to be very careful during this time when he could actually lash out and be even more dangerous than he has been.”

Pentagon: Iran Continuing Work on Nuclear Systems

 Covert support for terrorism ‘unabated’

Iran is continuing to develop missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons despite an interim agreement on its nuclear programs, according to a Pentagon report.

“Although Iran has paused progress in some areas of its nuclear program and fulfilled its obligations under the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA), it continues to develop technological capabilities that also could be applicable to nuclear weapons, including ballistic missile development,” a one-page unclassified summary of the report says.

A copy of the report was obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The report was due to Congress in January but was not sent to the Armed Services Committee as required by law until this month. Analysts said the delay appeared designed to avoid upsetting Tehran and the nuclear talks. Continue reading

Inhofe: ISIS strategizing to ‘blow up’ U.S. city

Just as ISIS had warned, Americans are foolish:

“The West are idiots and fools. They think we are waiting for them to give us visas to go and attack them or that we will attack with our beards or even Islamic outfits,” said one.

“They think they can distinguish us these days – they are fools and more than that they don’t know we can play their game in intelligence. They infiltrated us with those who pretend to be Muslims and we have also penetrated them with those who look like them.”

They will not be dressed looking like the stereotypical muslim. They will not be bearded. They will also likely not carry muslim names or look like they’re from the Middle East, rather have names like David and have a normal 9-to-5 job. They might even be female. They will have American passports as well. They are already in America.

Don’t think it’s possible to sneak a nuke, or even a bio WMD, into the U.S.? Just remember what JFK said.

America now in ‘most dangerous position we’ve ever been in’

The ranking Republican on the Armed Services Committee in the U.S. Senate is warning that ISIS terrorists, those who this week beheaded an American journalist, are trying to develop the capability of blowing up an entire American city.

The comments from Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., came in an interview with the Fox affiliate in Oklahoma City.

He said the U.S. now is in “the most dangerous position we’ve ever been in.”

Responding to questions about terror and the threat facing Americans, he said: “They’re crazy out there. And they are rapidly developing a method of blowing up a major U.S. city. You just can’t believe that’s happening.” Continue reading

Obama’s pivot to Asia will lack firepower

President Obama’s pivot to Asia will lack a crucial military underpinning next year, when for four months, the Navy will not have an aircraft carrier in the region.

Defense cuts have helped shrink the number of available carriers, alarming GOP lawmakers who are fighting the Pentagon’s plan to permanently cut the number of U.S. carriers to 10.

They argue not having a carrier in the region for months at a time will send a signal of U.S. weakness, as China seeks to make territorial claims against several U.S. allies over the South China Sea. Continue reading

Senators Pledge US Support In Case of Iran Strike

An American congressional delegation visited Israel this week after a stop in UkraineArutz Sheva got a chance to speak with the senior American politicians to discuss relations between Israel and the US.

US Senators Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) and Joe Donnelly (D-IN), both members of the Armed Services Committee, and Congressman Stephen Lynch (D-MA) reinforced the strong connection between America and the Jewish state, particularly in context of the Iranian nuclear threat.

“If we get to that position, which none of us hope we have to be, that we would have to use force to stop Iran’s nuclear program, I believe that the United States should support Israel…to do so,” stated Ayotte. Continue reading

MG Vallely goes to Syrian Border

Does anyone really know what is going on in Syria? Who are the combatants? Who is supporting the regime, both internally and externally? Who is supporting the opponents of the regime of Bashar al-Assad? Where is aid actually going and why? With so much conflicting information, it’s very hard for anyone, including our own intelligence and diplomatic services to understand the composition of the ‘freedom fighters’, their needs, and the forces they face, internally and externally.

One thing we do know, there are parties here in the US and in other capitols that have the ear of the administrations and have vested interests in the region. However, these are not the interests of the people on the ground actually fighting. The Syrian National Council (SNC) has a PR firm working for them, but not for the true freedom fighters. A man named Ausma Monajed speaks and lobbies for the SNC, but who lobbies for the people on the ground?

Due to the fact that these questions, ones the State Department, the White House, the Armed Services Committee, and others cannot or will not answer, MG Paul E. Vallely, US Army (ret.) and his team accepted an invitation to go on a fact finding mission to the region to see this first hand, and they just returned on Friday, June 30. With the team’s long and robust relationship in the Middle East, they met with key leaders of Syrian opposition forces at the border of Turkey and Syria, and toured the area.
