Small wars focus has undermined the U.S. Army’s readiness for major conflicts

Chasing endless amounts of terrorists across the world has done exactly what America’s adversaries, Russia and China, want: America can no longer fight a conventional war and succeed against either or both. Decades of diversions have changed the focus of America’s military while the enemy behind the enemy has sharpened its focus. This was predicted in a previous post from last July.

Since the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, the U.S. military has been engaged in a series of “small wars,” conducting low level combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

This style of warfare has been focused on close combat and small unit operations, often supported by air support. Continue reading

Obama: Anti-Anti-Terrorist

Sharia supremacists are not only shielded from scrutiny by U.S. intelligence but welcomed into the national-security apparatus.

Barack Obama has spent his presidency cultivating Islamists, particularly from the international Muslim Brotherhood and its affiliates in the United States. As we saw this week, he chafes at the term “radical Islam” – as do his Islamist advisers. At their insistence, he had instructional materials for training government agents purged of references to Islamic terms that illuminate the nexus between Muslim doctrine and jihadist terror.

Obama’s vaunted national-security strategy, “Countering Violent Extremism,” is Orwellian. The term CVE supplants identification of our jihadist enemies with the wooly notion that “violence” can be caused by any form of “extremism” – it has nothing to do with Islam. By transferring security responsibilities from government intelligence agents to Muslim “community leaders” (often, Islamist groups), CVE actually encourages violent extremism. Continue reading

Europe’s banks to be promised UNIMITED FUNDING to stem economic meltdown sparked by Brexit

FEARS of a financial catastrophe in Europe if Britain votes to leave the union, has prompted the bloc’s top policymakers to plot an emergency Brexit plan of action.

A vote to Leave on June 23 could immediately plunge Europe’s stock markets into meltdown amid fears the union is heading for collapse.

In a bid to stop the chaos, the European Central Bank (ECB) has now decided it would publicly pledge to do “whatever it takes” to prop up markets if and when a Brexit is announced, according to reports. Continue reading

Has ISIS Infiltrated Homeland Security? Orlando Terrorist Worked for Major DHS Contractor

Orlando nightclub terrorist worked for major DHS contractor that secures “90 percent of U.S. nuclear facilities.”

The Orlando nightclub terrorist who pledged allegiance to ISIS worked almost a decade for a major Department of Homeland Security contractor, raising alarms that ISIS sympathizers and agents have infiltrated the federal agency set up after 9/11 to combat terrorists.

Officials say Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, an Afghan-American who held two firearms licenses and a security officer license, was employed by the security firm G4S Secure Solutions USA Inc. since Sept. 10, 2007. The Jupiter, Fla.-based company merged with the Wackenhut Corp. after 9/11 and assumed federal contracts. Continue reading

America’s most deadly mass shooter, 29, called 911 to pledge allegiance to ISIS before shooting dead 50 in Orlando gay nightclub as his father reveals ‘he got angry when he saw men kiss’

Don’t think the islamists will stop at pride parades or clubs.

As was warned about years ago: They will be coming for America’s universities, high schools, kindergartens, hospitals and, yes, churches during mass.

The barbarians are not at the gate. The barbarians are within the gate — and have been for years just waiting for the green light.

Bigger Guns, Bigger Problems? How High-Powered Ammunition Could Affect Nuclear Power Plants

Lest we forget the substations that were sabotaged via sniper attack in California in 2013, causing electricity to go out. Although the high-powered ammunition in this article’s case is on the side of security, what’s to stop the security personnel from being infiltrators themselves bent on industrial espionage and sabotage?

More powerful ammunition meant to protect nuclear reactors was capable of piercing control panels and critical piping.

(TNS) – Shortly after the horrors of 9/11, a curious package landed on Dave Lochbaum’s desk.

It was flat but heavy. Inside the bubble pack was a battered steel plate, blasted with dents and holes from semiautomatic weapons fire. Each pockmark and perforation was carefully labeled – by hand, in permanent ink – with the type of ammunition used to produce it.

Security forces at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station and nuclear plants nationwide had increased their firepower to take on a more formidable terrorist threat. The steel plate, sent by a San Onofre security manager, graphically illustrated what Lochbaum, a nuclear engineer, considered a potentially devastating, increased risk: Continue reading

Saudi cash threat to Obama if he does not BLOCK 9/11 victims’ bid to sue oil-rich state

If and when the documents get released, we’re looking at a possible war with Saudi Arabia. The next President will come under tremendous public pressure to act on Saudi involvement in 9/11.

BARACK Obama is expected to block a bill that allows victims of 9/11 and their relatives to sue the Government of Saudi Arabia over its alleged involvement in the world’s worst terror strike…after the oil-rich state ‘threatened to pull billions out of the US’.

Before the bill, passed by the US Senate, goes before the House of Representatives and then in front of Mr Obama, to enshrine it in law, White House officials have indicated the President would veto it.

If passed, the bill would allows US citizens to pursue direct financial damage claims against those who funded the 9/11 attacks, with evidence being presented before court of top-level Saudi involvement. Continue reading

Senate passes bill allowing 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia

The Senate on Tuesday approved legislation that would allow victims of the 9/11 terror attacks to sue Saudi Arabia, defying vocal opposition from the White House.

The upper chamber approved the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act by unanimous consent.

“This bill is very near and dear to my heart as a New Yorker because it would allow the victims of 9/11 to pursue some small measure of justice,” Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said. “[This is] another example of the [John] Cornyn-Schumer collaboration, which works pretty well around here.” Continue reading

Defense-on-the-Cheap Leaves U.S. Military Smaller, Less Combat-Ready

Justin Johnson, a defense budget expert at the Heritage Foundation, warns that U.S. military might has been decimated by budget cuts totaling 25 percent over the last 5 years. “It will take years to rebuild our armed forces to the level needed to defeat growing global threats,” he said. “We must start making the necessary investments now.” Continue reading

Report: Homegrown Violent Extremists Planting Roots Across U.S.

Foiled ISIS attacks, plots, and terror funding grows across nation

At least 75 homegrown violent extremists were found to be operating across the United States in 2015, with the largest portion of these individuals pledging allegiance to the ISIS terror group, according to recent figures published by New Jersey’s Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness.

The largest number of homegrown extremists were caught providing material support to various terror organizations, while at least 21 percent of the terrorists were found to be planning attacks in the United States, according to the figures. Continue reading

Kerry slams Trump’s wall, tells grads to prepare for ‘borderless world’

This could also be what’s going on in the German-dominated European continent, where a United States of Europe with it’s European Army is coming.

“Many of you were in elementary school when you learned the toughest lesson of all on 9/11,” he said. “There are no walls big enough to stop people from anywhere, tens of thousands of miles away, who are determined to take their own lives while they target others.”

Kerry didn’t mention Trump by name, but Trump has repeatedly called for a wall on the southern U.S. border, and many Democrats, and some Republicans, have taken to calling him a carnival barker. Continue reading

Saudis and the Dying Petrodollar: “The Global Economic Reset Has Begun”

A very well written article. In taking this a step further, war with Saudi Arabia could be on the horizon. The last time Middle Eastern nations tried to do away with the Petrodollar, America’s Achilles heel, they were invaded and their leaders were removed.

A war over oil is a war over the dollar. A war over the dollar is a war over America’s survival.

Editor’s Comment: As Brandon Smith makes eloquent in this article, a global showdown is looming, and the long-standing alliance between the United States and Saudi Arabia is likely to be broken, as self-interest drives new alliances in the era of global SDR currencies, and the end of the dollar’s special status on the world market.

Oil prices have been deliberately skewed to a level that would disrupt entire nations, and test markets while a flood of resources is pulling out the safety net and things grind to a halt. As these events unfold in the near future, much of the ample corrupt between the Saudis and the secret government wing of the U.S. government is likely to surface… and there is much evil and misdeeds to draw from.

It’s been about 15 years now since passenger airliners struck the World Trade Center towers on 9/11, and we are still suffering the consequences of that day, though perhaps not in the ways many Americans might believe. Continue reading

(TRUNEWS) While reviewing 9/11 documents previously declassified in July 2015, blogger Brian P. McGlinchey discovered a new link between Saudi Arabia and the 2001 terror attacks.

In the seventeenth of the 29 documents released under the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP) appeal 2012-48, McGlinchey uncovered that the FBI had located the flight certificate for Ghassan Al-Sharbi — a known al-Qaeda member who trained with the 9/11 hijackers. The report said the Embry Riddle certificate was buried in an underground cache in Pakistan, and was inside an official envelope marked from the Saudi Embassy in Washington.

McGlinchey noted on his blog, 28pages.org that its not uncommon for people to re-use envelopes or to correspond with their nations embassy while living in a foreign country. But did say nonetheless, that this — and the rest of Document 17 — directly indicates another possible connection between the Saudi government, al-Qaeda, and the 9/11 terrorist attack.

Obama Administration Makes Stunning Admission: “Seed Money For Al Qaeda Came From Saudi Arabia”

Following a dramatic deterioration in official diplomatic channels between the US and Saudi Arabia when over the weekend the Saudis threatened the U.S. with dumping billions in Treasuries if Congress were to pass a bill probing into their alleged support of Sept 11 terrorists in the aftermath of last weekend’s 60 Minutes report on the classified “28 pages” from the Septemeber 11 commission, moments ago the Obama administration made a stunning admission, when for the first time it revealed on the record that the Saudis were the original source of funding for Al Qaeda.

As Politico reports, Obama’s deputy national security adviser, Ben Rhodes, while speaking to David Axelrod in Monday’s edition of “The Axe Files” podcast said that the government of Saudi Arabia had paid “insufficient attention” to money that was being funneled into terror groups and fueled the rise of Al Qaeda when he was asked about the validity of the accusation that the Saudi government was complicit in sponsoring terrorism. Coming Soon: Nuclear Terror?

Terrorist groups are more capable than ever. The unthinkable could already be unavoidable.

Since 9/11 the world has become used to periodic warnings about nuclear terrorism. We don’t like to think about it, and it has become easy to dismiss. People have been talking about this for years and it’s not happened, we reason.

After all, conducting a nuclear attack is hard. But the world is just waking up to the fact that it is faced with attack from terrorist groups of unprecedented strength.
