The North Korean leader also expresses ‘unwavering faith’ in President Trump.

Proclaiming his ‘unwavering faith’ in President Donald Trump, North Korean dictator Chairman Kim Jong-un has set the date for a third meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, as well as a timeline for denuclearization.

The first step of the new denuclearization timeline will be a third face-to-face meeting between Moon and Kim, which is now officially set for Sept. 18-20, and will take place in Pyongyang. Among the many subjects to be discussed at that time would be “practical measures” for moving toward denuclearization.

The North Korean leader also handed South Korean National Security Adviser Chung Eui-yong a personal message for President Donald Trump. That message reportedly reaffirmed Kim’s “trust” in the president and expressed frustration over doubts that have been raised over his commitment to denuclearization.

Speaking to reporters after his return to Seoul, Chung said:

“[Kim] said he would appreciate that such good faith is accepted with good faith. He expressed his strong will to carry out more proactive measures toward denuclearization if action is taken in response to the North’s pre-emptive steps.”
